I really enjoyed every part of the course and topics presented. If I had to pick 1 topic that really intrigued me, it was the information about sugar and its effects on the mind and body. I had improved scores on the pre and post tests. There were significant improvements in many areas. I have more energy, better eating habits, and mindful eating as a direct result of what I learned in the course. Also reading and interpreting labels is as activity that I take part in almost daily. It is an awareness that I never thought of before. I strongly believe that the changes happened because of the instructor. She has done her research in these areas of study. I love the way Abby is accessible for questions and support. She is very motivational and inspires me to work hard. I also recognize and appreciate how she uses current research to present her information.

Acheivements I have made throughout this course are I sleep better, and I am in WAY less pain! I know a big part of that is paying close attention to the foods that increase the inflammation in my body. So I eliminated those out of my diet and am eliminating stressors on my body. I find myself sharing this information almost daily with friends, family, coworkers! My only hesitation in taking this course was financial. But realizing that this is Investing in my health for long term. Side note... Throughout this course I actually saved money by not having to spend it on extra medication or unwanted Dr. Visits. I also like that it was self paced and loved the content, especially taking a deeper look at the actual ingredients in pantry foods and learning about oils.

My favorite part about the Holistic Health Transformation Course was gaining more understanding of the anatomy of the digestive system and allowing better digestion. I also liked the meal prepping, to make it more fun instead of a chore, with your tips. I have noticed an improvement with my digestion of almost daily if at least every other day bowel movements, my energy has been better the last couple of weeks at work that I'm not yawning all afternoon. I now look at more items to make sure I am getting a better quality of product for my health, like peanut butter and pasta sauce. I wasn't quite sure how many avenues Abby was planning to include in the course, but she really exceeded my expectations of paths I didn't quite expect, like the digestion system, and covering the detox/binge eating category. Also, I loved being able to attend at your own pace and having the Facebook group (either as a reminder to jump back in after too long of a weekend or to have more discussions). I do feel her prompting was on que, of each weeks topics.
